Abstract
:The aim of study was investigation about compound activity in the acid Pomegrante fruite
cortex estimate amount it and testing antimicrobial activity from extract of this cortex on Enteropathogenic
bacteria which found in stomach and intestinal and causing infection bacteria isolate from stool and vometing
was E.coli ,Salmonella sp. , Shigella sp. And Kiebsella sp. Of family Enterobactericeae which cause high of
digestive complicated. Results are statistic analysis by less signficant differences in level 0.05. The plant
extract is prepared by soxlet system using three solvent was water, methel alcohol and chloroform these solvent
divided to two concentration 10% and 15% per one extract. The investication appeare the cortex was contian
compound of alkaloides, taninnis,phenols, flavonida and saponins, all thes compound gave postive test aginst
bacteria. Result of estimate compounds activity in extract was followed taninnis high ratio(14.7%) Saponins
(2.6%).The resuit are appear the alcoholic extract gave high signficants effect about 15% concentration on the
all species of bacteria, second effect was chloroform extracted while water extracted was lower effect by
inhibition diameter. Results of comparing activity of alcoholic extract 15% with two antibiotic (ampicillin and
chloramphenicol) appear the activity of extract was very high and similar to activity of two antibiotics
concentration.
