This study has been applied to (89) blood samples and on (89) samples of amniotic fluid taken form pregnant women during delivery and these results have been compared with (26) blood samples taken from healthy pregnant women as a control group.The examined samples were divided in to three groups according to three number of deliveries the first group included the women of first pregnancy, the second group is about women of (2-5) deliveries while the third group comprised the women of more than (5) deliveries. The level of electrolytes (Sodium ,potassium ,Chloride, calcium, phosphate and magnesium ) has been Increased in both of the serum and amniotic fluid an elevation has been found in the level of ( calcium sodium and chloride ). In the serum of all the examined groups compared to control group where was any slight differences an the level of ( magnesium, potassium and phosphate ) in the serum of all examined groups compared to control group have not been found while the amniotic fluid has decreased slightly in the level of ( magnesium potassium phosphate and calcium ) then any slight differences in the level of (sodium and chloride ) in all the examined groups with their peers of serum have not been founded.Also the level of enzymes ( AST ) AsPartate amniotransferase ( ALT ) Alanine aminotransferase ( LDH ) lactate dehydrogenase ( CK ) creatine kinase ( ALK-P ) alkaline phosphatase has been examined and no slight differences have been noticed in the level of these enzymes in serum of all examined groups compared to control group but the level of these enzymes have decreased in the amniotic fluid of all the groups compared to their beers of serum . As for hormones increase in the level of Prolactine and LH hormone has been noticed and the level of FSH and progesterone in the serum of all the examined groups compared to control group has been lowered where as the amniotic founded has slightly upped or increased in the level of FSH and progesterone with slight decrease in the level of LH hormone in all the examined groups as compared to their peers in serum hence any slight differences or distinctions have not been found in the level of prolactine and estrogen hormones in the amniotic fluid of all examined groups as compared to their peers in serum.

In the present study, Toxoplasma gondiiwas isolated and diagnosed from human as first attempt, and then the infection was created in laboratory mice as an essential step for growing the parasite. The second step was studying the effect of some selected drugs on the experimental treatment for disease of toxoplasmosis created in the mice. The drugs are: Pyrimethamin ,Clarithromycin , Spiramycin, Ivermectin .The results of the study showed the effects of these drugs on the tissue cyst formed in the brain and lungs. The number of tissue cysts in the brain of the mouse treated with pyrimethamin was 14.8 ±1.067 after 28 days. Significant differences appeared when this result compared with the control group in which it was 27.4±1.029.The number of tissue cysts formed in lung, tissue in the mouse treated with the same drug after the same period of the time was 6.2±0.583.This showed a significant differences as compared with the control group in which it was 10.2±0.583.No significant differences appeared between both groups as for the treatment by Clarithromycin antibiotic as far as the number of the tissue cysts formed in the brain after 28 days is concerned. The number was 23.8 ±0.86 as compared with the control group 38.6±1.029.The same compared is true of the lungs, tissue. The number of the tissue cysts was 23.8±0.86 as compared with the control group 28.4±1.805.Concerning the antibiotic Spiramycin ,the results showed the effectiveness of it in decreasing the tissue cysts formed in the brain .The significant differences were (p<0.05),the rate of the cysts was 9.6±0.6 as compared with the control group in which it was 22.8±1.067.The same effectiveness appeared on the lungs, tissue as the rate of tissue cysts after 28 days of treatment was 4.6±0.509 as compared with the control group in which was 17±1.14 and the significant differences were (p=0.000).The Ivermectin drug showed a great effectiveness in minimizing the number of the tissue cysts formed in the brain and the lungs. The numbers of the tissue cysts formed after 28 days were 3.2±0.374 and 1±0.316 respectively; significant differences are observed when these numbers are compared with the numbers of the control group which were 22±1.843 and 19.4±1.435. Thus, the use of Ivermectin drug is considered as a pioneer and fruitful study since this drug has not been used for the treatment of Toxoplasmosis.

On the other hand the serological diagnosis of antibodies level during pregnancy is usually based on the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies as markers for diagnosis. The aim of this study was to investigate some immunoparameters including IgM, IgG, and assay of TSP, TSA & TSG in pregnant women attending Maternity & Child Hospital in Ramadi City, West of Iraq. Sera of 50 pregnant women were collected & quantitative assays by Single Radial Immunodiffusion test (Mancini test) for detection of (IgM & IgG) concentration & spectrophotometric method for Total serum protein, Total serum Albumin & Total serum Globulin reader were achieved against these serum samples.Serum immunoglobulin (IgM & IgG) were measured in 50 pregnant women. (22) with natural delivery & (28) Cesarean delivery pregnant women. The mean IgG level was increased in pregnant women aged under 25 years, while IgM levels were markedly increased at (25-39) years. A total mean titer for IgG & IgM were found to be 1006.2071± 408.12282 & 48.8571±28.81962 respectively.Total serum protein reports separate values for total protein , albumin & Globulin. Values of serum protein reflect high globulin concentration, while albumin concentration in pregnant women recorded significant differences It is mean values for age group (15-24) & (25- 39) years are 3.4479 ± .72373 & 3.0044±.33212 respectively. There was significant differences in albumin concentration through age group in pregnant women. Most values of serum routine liver function tests during normal pregnancy remain below the upper normal limits in no pregnant women. When liver disease is suspected & considered pathologic further should prompt evaluation. Furthermore, IgG concentration was predominantly increase in their level during pregnancy in association with transported IgG through placenta to the fetus during late pregnancy period
